So going by this logic,
The winner of the 2002 World Cup is the same as ...
A total 3964 - Year 2002 = Year 1962 World Cup.

That makes it Germany again ... who won the 1962 World Cup..

Indonesian fans too have reason to rejoice :
Indonesia has never won the world cup so we'll probably win it in Year 3964
